What's the difference between Classic and Custom Design?
Both plans give you the same digital card features, the premium acrylic QR stand and free courier delivery. Classic (₹500) uses our standard card design. Custom Design (₹999) replaces that with your own logo and banner, so the card page looks like your brand instead of a generic template.
How do I send my logo and banner for the Custom Design plan?
Simplest way — just send the image files directly in our WhatsApp chat after you place your order. If it's easier for you, you can also email us at contact@empoweraitech.in with your business name in the subject line. Either way works; we'll confirm once we've received them.
What size or format should my logo and banner be?
Any common image format (JPG, PNG, or a PDF/AI file if you have one) works fine. Higher-resolution images look best — a logo of at least 500×500px and a banner of at least 1200×400px is ideal. Don't worry if you're not sure; send what you have and we'll optimize it for the card.
Is the acrylic QR stand included in both plans?
Yes. Every order — Classic or Custom Design — includes the physical acrylic counter stand, shipped to you by free courier.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
One-time payment only. Both plans include lifetime validity with no renewal fees or hidden annual charges.
How long does delivery take?
Once we have your details (and images, for Custom Design), your digital card is usually ready within a day or two, and the acrylic stand is couriered shortly after — message us on WhatsApp for the exact timeline to your location.
